Earlier in his career, Codin served as lead integration architect at GoldenGate Software (later acquired by Oracle), where he developed mission-critical data integration solutions and designed high-performance replication systems that became industry standards. These foundational experiences established his deep expertise in real-time data movement and transactional consistency.
An active entrepreneur and advisor, he has founded and guided several successful technology startups focused on real-time systems and privacy-forward solutions.
